Shipping policy

All items are expected to ship within 7-14 business days.

For orders within the United States we will ship with USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Days) and test of the world DHL.

We are not responsible for paying additional VAT charges for customs clearance. All customs is separate from the shipping cost and is out of our control. We cannot lower the value of orders to avoid potential customs.

Hold Outdoors s not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments confirmed delivered by the courier. Please contact the shipping company.

If your package is returned to us to an insufficient address we are not responsible for reshipping your package. You will need to pay for another shipping label.
